who we are
therivets is a small web design and development studio run by Pray Nadal and based in the Philippines. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean therivets. You can reach us at [email protected].
what we collect
- What you send in the form: your name, email, business name, current website, what you need, budget range and your message. We save it in a private database and get a copy by email so we can reply.
- Files you attach: if you add files to the form (like a logo, photos or a brief), we store them privately so we can review your project. Only we can open them, and they're deleted along with your inquiry.
- Spam protection: with each form message we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection's IP address and your country, used only to stop repeated or automated submissions. We can't turn the scrambled value back into your IP address.
- Emails you send us: the content of your email and your email address.
- Basic technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and block abuse. We don't use it to profile you.
We don't collect payment details through this website, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
the smart brief
The "smart brief" box on our homepage runs entirely in your browser using simple rules. What you type there is not sent to us or anyone else. It only pre-fills the form, and nothing leaves your device until you choose to send the form.

We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we don't sell, rent or trade your information.
who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the studio, each bound by its own privacy and security terms:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, email forwarding and the private database that stores form messages
- Google (Gmail): our email inbox
We may also share information if the law requires it.
cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
how long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed for the project and for legal and accounting purposes.
your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We follow the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and we honor similar requests from visitors in the US, EU and elsewhere.
security
The site is served only over encrypted https, and we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you promptly.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Big changes will be highlighted on this page.
